ABOUT US
Established in 1992, SAFE has a proud history of delivering effective treatment to those with sexually problematic and sexually harmful behaviours within communities from Northland to the lower Waikato region.
We'd like to take this opportunity to tell you a little bit about the guiding values shared by all of our Team here at SAFE.
Staff at all three of our locations are required to make a commitment to the priniciples of the Treaty of Waitangi. These principles set the platform for all we do - professionally and clinically.
We offer treatment for adults, youth and adolescents with harmful sexual behaviour (including internet offending ) and children with problematic sexual behaviour.
In addition, we have specific treatment pathways for: Maori, Pacific Islanders , those who offend on the internet and intellectually disabled clients.
At SAFE we need to discuss sensitive issues and we value your privacy.
All clinicians and staff at SAFE are bound by our confidentiality policy. If you should have any concerns or complaints regarding your experience with SAFE we welcome your feedback.
SAFE gratefully acknowledges our supporters without whose support our work would not be possible.
